This in-person workshop will help participants learn how to troubleshoot their personal device, locate and know their device information, search for the right information, and get help online when they are stuck. This workshop begins with a presentation, followed by one-on-one customized support. Participants are encouraged to bring their devices and learning goals to receive technology training and support from a mentor. Connected Canadians mentors will provide personalized assistance to help them apply what they’ve learned and build confidence in using their devices
