In this in-person workshop will help participants learn how to troubleshoot their personal device, locate and know their device information, search for the right information, and get help online when they are stuck.

This Connected Canadians workshop is held in partnership with Bruyère Village for their community members. Participants receive one-on-one support with their devices by Connected Canadians Technology Mentors following the workshop.
