This in-person workshop will help participants learn how to troubleshoot their personal device, locate and know their device information, search for the right information, and get help online when they are stuck.

This Connected Canadians workshop is held in partnership with Performing Arts Lodge Vancouver (PAL Vancouver) for their community members.
