This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality; ensuring a safer, more inclusive and more equitable digital world. In celebration of this important day, Connected Canadians will host a special in-person workshop event followed by live 1:1 mentoring sessions.

The event will celebrate the incredible work of a female-led, volunteer-driven organization that helps reduce isolation and loneliness amongst thousands of older adults each year by promoting digital literacy skills and providing technology training and support.

Minister Champagne (Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry) will join the festivities for refreshments, remarks and to meet CC’s team, volunteers and clients. Cheers!
