Wellness Series: At Home Fitness Part 1 - Mindful Mobility Class

Connected Canadians’ presents a live, online Mindful Mobility Class. Part 1 of the Wellness Series: Fitness At Home program, this custom curated session is inspired by the movements of Chair Tai Chi - a form of Chinese martial art that combines meditation and movement.

Offered on the last Monday of the month, this FREE class, hosted by mobility experts, is open to adults over 50 years of age and welcomes all fitness levels.
