Connected Canadians’ first live online fitness class. As part of the new Wellness Series: Fitness At Home program, Part 1 of the series, the Mindful Movement Class, is inspired by the movements of Chair Tai Chi - a form of Chinese martial art that combines meditation and movement.
Offered on the last Monday of the month, class is FREE to join and is open to all adults over 50 years of age. All fitness levels are welcome.
