This workshop will help participants learn how to troubleshoot their personal device, locate and know their device information, search for the right information, and get help online when they are stuck.

This Connected Canadians workshop is held in partnership with The Bruyère Village on location in the Hiawatha Hall. Participants receive one-on-one support with their devices by Connected Canadians Technology Mentors following the workshop.
