Part 1 of the Connected Canadians Wellness Series: Online Fitness Leadership Training program. This session will include CC’s Mindful Mobility class steps broken down for easy instruction, including a guide to cuing, and basic anatomy, joint physiology, and motion mechanics training.
This training is available at no charge to all older adult Canadians and is perfect for anyone who would like to host CC’s chair fitness class for their community virtually - or as a CC trainer.
