Connected Canadians’ presents a live, online Mindful Mobility Fitness Class. Part 1 of the Wellness Series: Fitness At Home program, this custom curated session is inspired by the movements of Chair Tai Chi - a form of Chinese martial art that combines meditation and movement - and chair yoga.
The class instructor is Doreen Wuckert, Certified Resistance Trainer and Yoga instructor.
