Learning to care for the new and changing personal needs of someone with dementia is hard enough, how can you figure out all the new digital tools that go along with it? Some computer programs or devices might be necessary, while others are helpful aides but figuring out where to start is its own challenge. This online workshop introduces you to some of the ways digital technology is used to organize schedules (with digital calendars), deliver care, and connect with medical professionals (using tools like Careteam). It is focused on how you, the caregiver, can learn and use these to your advantage. The workshop is presented by Connected Canadians on behalf of the Dementia Society
